Tash and Tiff, inseparable for two decades, became friends during their Ph.D. studies in chemistry at NC State University. They’ve collaborated on diverse ventures including the hair care brand, Tea and Honey Blends, upscale salon, Element Beauty Bar, and a charity, The Brilliant & Beautiful Foundation.
